– JomChatLah does not sell or share your personal identification information, such as your mobile number, with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

– JomChatLah cannot ensure that numbers used with our service will not be blocked by the Official Messaging Company. We can only offer recommendations to minimize the risk of getting blocked, which include:

  • Using Instant Messaging numbers older than 30 days or those previously engaged in genuine interactions like chat replies, contact saving, group joining, photo sending, personal desktop Instant Messaging QR code scanning, profile details filling, among other Instant Messaging activities.
  • Refraining from sending unwanted spam or bulk messages.
  • Obtaining informed consent or permission before sending automated Instant Messaging to those who have agreed to receive messages via Instant Messaging.
  • Limiting message sends to less than 500 messages per hour.
  • Avoiding sending messages with content that is 100% identical to numerous recipients.

– JomChatLah is not responsible for replacing numbers that are blocked.

Usage Rules and Restrictions

– All JomChatLah users must adhere to this acceptable use policy. Violations may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

Prohibited Actions:

  • Sending unsolicited mass messages or spam.
  • Using material that infringes on copyrights or third-party rights.
  • Distributing misleading information.
  • Sending unsubstantiated claims.
  • It is forbidden to send messages that contain obscene language, threats, incitement to violence, racism, oppression, pornography, harassment, or anything that may infringe upon public welfare and proper conduct. Legal action will follow any such violations, and immediate removal from the system will ensue.

You affirm that you are over 18 years old and fully capable of understanding and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

JomChatLah reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, and change eligibility requirements at any time.

Service Terms

– JomChatLah is a messaging service accessible via www.jomchatlah.com and its subdomains, which facilitates the management of Instant Messaging messages by syncing your system with JomChatLah. Message exchange begins with acceptance on our server, followed by actionable steps.

– Your payment solely contributes to the use of our platform, hardware, and software resources.

– You agree to indemnify JomChatLah from any liabilities resulting from violations of our Terms and Conditions or acceptable usage rules, including copyright or privacy infringements.

– JomChatLah or you may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend services without notice. If your account is terminated without cause, we may provide a partial or full refund. No refunds will be issued for terminations due to policy violations.

– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity. We are not liable for losses due to stolen or hacked credentials. We cannot access your actual password and can only reset it for security purposes.

– You are solely responsible for any misuse of the JomChatLah platform and any resulting losses.

– You agree to compensate JomChatLah for any legal claims arising from unauthorized or prohibited use of the service, including those resulting from third-party claims involving your account.

– JomChatLah is not liable for service delays or failures outside of our control, including but not limited to changes in law or regulation, actions by Instant Messaging, embargoes, acts of terror, natural disasters, strikes, power blackouts, and third-party internet service issues.

– jomchatlah.com clearly states that the Instant Messaging Company does not endorse or sponsor JomChatLah in any capacity. Instant Messaging is a patented service of the Instant Messaging Company.

– As we update our services, our legal terms may also be updated. If you do not agree with these changes, discontinue use of our services. Continued use signifies acceptance of the new terms.

– JomChatLah cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Refund Policy

We back our products and your satisfaction is crucial to us. Because our products are digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds after 7 days from the subscription date. If our service becomes unusable or must close permanently due to third-party actions, we will offer a refund in the form of alternative software or services.

Update Policy

Our commitment to product satisfaction is unwavering, yet our ability to provide updates is subject to WhatsApp's rules and changes.
